1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any services provided by bd3030 (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"), along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you (the "User", "Player", "you", or "your") and bd3030 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). • "Balance" means the total funds available in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or other incentives offered by bd3030, subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet into your bd3030 Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring you to provide valid identification documents to confirm your identity, age, and residence.
• "Platform" means the bd3030 website accessible at https://bd3030.cam, including all subpages, mobile versions, and associated services.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or gamble placed by you on sports events, casino games, lottery draws (togel), sabung ayam streams, or any other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your bd3030 Account Balance to your designated Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

• Personal Use: Your Account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use bd3030 services on behalf of third parties, for professional gambling purposes, or in any commercial capacity.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a bd3030 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. You must use your real identity—registering under a false name, borrowed identity, or fictitious information is strictly prohibited. Upon registration, you will create a unique username and secure password for Account access.

4.2 KYC Verification

bd3030 operates a mandatory KYC verification process to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. Within 72 hours of registration or before your first withdrawal (whichever comes first), you must upload clear, legible copies of:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport showing your full name, date of birth, photo, and expiration date)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months showing your registered address)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document next to your face for biometric verification
• Proof of bank account ownership (bank statement or mobile banking screenshot showing your name and account number)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in temporary Account restrictions, including inability to withdraw funds. bd3030 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions or suspicious activity.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches, you must immediately notify bd3030 customer support and change your password. bd3030 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain security.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd3030 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and OCBC NISP, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier, ranging from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction for Diamond-tier members.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from your financial institution. During peak hours or due to technical issues with third-party payment processors, deposits may take up to 15 minutes. bd3030 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction charges. Deposited funds must originate from accounts registered in your legal name—third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit (anti-money laundering requirement). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal processing takes 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM WIB). VIP members enjoy expedited processing: Gold tier (priority queue), Platinum tier (1-hour guarantee), Diamond tier (30-minute guarantee). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours are queued for next-business-day processing.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification and Restrictions

First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification. bd3030 reserves the right to request additional identity verification or source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or where suspicious activity is detected. Bonus-funded winnings must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility (see Section 6). Accounts with pending investigations, disputes, or Terms violations may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until resolution.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bd3030 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer. Bonus participation is voluntary—you may opt out of bonus programs by contacting customer support. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means you must wager the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount (as specified) the stated number of times before bonus-funded winnings become withdrawable. Different game types contribute differently to wagering: slots 100%, live casino 10%, sports betting 100%, table games 15%. Wagering must be completed within the validity period (typically 14-30 days) or bonus funds and associated winnings expire.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

While bonuses are active, maximum bet limits apply to prevent bonus abuse. Unless stated otherwise, you may not wager more than Rp 50,000 per bet/spin while clearing bonus wagering requirements. Exceeding maximum bet limits, even unintentionally, may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings. These limits do not apply once wagering requirements are fully cleared and funds are converted to withdrawable balance.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

All bets and wagers placed on bd3030 are governed by the specific rules of each game type (slots, live casino, sports betting, togel, sabung ayam). By placing a bet, you acknowledge understanding and accepting the rules. bd3030 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly where we detect technical errors, palpable errors in odds, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms. Bets are final once accepted by the Platform—you cannot cancel or modify bets after placement unless specifically allowed by game rules (e.g., cash-out features in sports betting).

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from governing sports bodies. For football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, etc.), results are determined at full-time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. For live in-play betting, odds update dynamically based on match progress. bd3030 is not responsible for delays in odds updates during rapidly changing match situations. Abandoned or postponed matches are voided unless rescheduled within 48 hours. Detailed sports-specific rules are available on the Platform.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

Slot games, live dealer games, and table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) ensuring fair, unpredictable outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results. Disconnections during live casino games are handled per provider-specific rules, typically allowing 60-180 seconds for reconnection before auto-settlement. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays—affected bets are refunded to Account balance.

7.4 Togel and Lottery Rules

Togel (lottery) markets including Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, and Togel Sydney are settled based on official draw results published by respective lottery operators at scheduled times. bd3030 does not operate lottery draws—we are a licensed betting platform offering markets on independently operated international lotteries. Results are verified through official channels. Late bets (placed after official draw commencement) are voided and stakes refunded.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While bd3030 strives to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous, error-free Platform availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider problems, internet connectivity disruptions, or force majeure events. bd3030 is not liable for losses, missed betting opportunities, or inability to withdraw funds resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of odds, game information, promotional terms, and Platform content. However, bd3030 does not warrant absolute accuracy—errors may occur. Obvious errors (palpable mistakes in odds, incorrect game results, display glitches) will be corrected, and bets affected by such errors may be voided. It is your responsibility to verify information independently, particularly for high-value bets.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bd3030's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account Balance at the time of the claim. bd3030 is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages including lost profits, lost opportunities, or emotional distress, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game providers, sports data feeds, and live stream providers. bd3030 is not responsible for failures, errors, delays, or losses resulting from third-party service disruptions. Your use of third-party services accessed through the Platform may be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by those providers.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to completing wagering requirements for any active bonuses). Closed accounts cannot be reopened. If you wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, please refer to our Responsible Gaming Policy, which offers structured self-exclusion periods from 24 hours to permanent closure.

9.2 Termination by bd3030

bd3030 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have:

• Provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Created multiple Accounts or engaged in bonus abuse
• Attempted to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, or engage in collusion
• Used the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Engaged in abusive behavior toward customer support staff or other players
• Been diagnosed with gambling addiction or self-excluded from other operators

Upon termination for cause, bd3030 may forfeit your Account Balance, void pending bets, and report your details to regulatory authorities or fraud-prevention databases. You waive any claims for compensation in such circumstances.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which bd3030 operates its international gaming licenses. Indonesian law does not govern this Agreement, as bd3030 is an offshore platform. However, we acknowledge that you may be subject to Indonesian laws regarding participation in online gambling, and you accept responsibility for ensuring your compliance.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of bd3030 services, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to our management team. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English, with each party bearing their own costs. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

10.3 Player Complaints

If you believe bd3030 has not handled your Account or funds fairly, you may file a formal complaint by emailing our compliance team with full details, supporting evidence, and your Account information. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to our licensing authority or an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service, details of which are available upon request.

Acceptance Confirmation

By clicking "I Agree" during account registration, by depositing funds into your bd3030 Account, or by placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You further confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, legally eligible to gamble online in your jurisdiction, and accessing bd3030 voluntarily. These terms become effective immediately upon your first use of the Platform.
